Eric Schwartz is President & Chief Executive Officer of SARA Investment Real Estate. Eric founded the firm in 1997 after spending nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry. In 1997, seeking a property management company that would provide a premium, responsive service to his expanding portfolio, Eric established SARA Properties, LLC. Five years later, SARA Investment Real Estate, LLC was formed to accommodate the firm’s growth and expanded services.

His skill in creating real estate investment opportunities has led the firm to complete numerous new commercial retail, office, industrial and mixed-use centers in Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis and surrounding communities. Eric leads a SARA team that is committed to upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.
