John Van Note is General Counsel and Vice President of Strategy for SARA Investment Real Estate; responsible for ensuring all legal standards are upheld, as well as playing an instrumental role in both the acquisitions and dispositions processes. With years of proven experience in real estate, business and contract law; John’s depth of knowledge has been key to effectively navigate these processes and projects for the portfolio.

A graduate of Drake University Law School, John has been listed in Best Lawyers in America under the specialty of real state law since 2009.
