Jonathan Thompson

Senior Director of Operations

Jonathan Thompson is the Senior Director of Operations for SARA Investment Real Estate. He focuses on executing the investment strategies for each asset in the SARA portfolio and proactively revising the strategies based upon market changes, conditions, and trends, while prioritizing revenue-generating activities to maximize asset values and investor returns. During Jonathan’s commercial real estate career, he has interfaced extensively with investors, tenants, lenders, and vendors, while overseeing both the investor relations and asset management departments at SARA.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Finance, Investments, and Banking, and then earned his MBA from Averett University in Virginia. Jonathan enjoys reading, writing, and all forms of competition, including biking, basketball, golf, and cross-country skiing, but his favorite investment of time is with his wife and three sons, who bring him great joy.
