January 23, 2014 (Milwaukee, WI) — On January 22 Sara Investment Real Estate acquired a single-tenant, industrial building located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The property, located on 8512 West Bradley Road, serves Converted Products. MLG was the selling broker.
The 47,250 square-foot building is adjacent to Converted Products’ main office located on 8501 W. Tower Avenue, a property already in Sara’s portfolio.
This proximity proves a valuable asset to the entire project as using the West Bradley Road building as storage allows Converted Products to retain a wide range of materials and creates additional room in its main office for cutting-edge equipment.
In addition, the location of the new acquisition, where the conversion processes occur, reduces material transportation time and costs when moving from storage to use in the main building.
Converted Products is a leader in the contract converting industry. The tenant provides a diverse range of services which include: slitting, laminating, spooling, traverse winding, die cutting and warehousing capabilities.
