November 30, 2016 (St. Louis, MO) – SARA Investment Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate investment and brokerage company, has closed on the purchase of Corporate Hill Buildings I, II and III; three prominent multi-tenant Class A office buildings in the West County area of St. Louis, Missouri. The purchase is the firm’s fourth in the St. Louis market.

SARA Investment Real Estate, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, entered the St. Louis market in 2015 with subsequent purchases of properties in O’Fallon, Fenton, and Chesterfield.
The Corporate Hill buildings, located at 1610, 1630 & 1650 Des Peres Road, sit on 11.65 acres and include ample parking. In total, the three buildings have 289,380 SF of space and are 86% occupied. Tenants include Charter Communications, Bethesda Health Group, KPFF Consulting Engineers, and Gallagher Basett. SARA has retained the Colliers team of Jim Loft and William Stenger as leasing brokers on the properties.
