May 05, 2017 (Milwaukee, WI) – SARA Investment Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate investment and brokerage company, has closed on the purchase of two commercial buildings in West Allis, Wisconsin—Lincoln Center II and Lincoln Center III.
The acquisition of the Lincoln Center properties demonstrates SARA’s continued strength in the greater Milwaukee market. Founded in 1997 with headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin, SARA now owns 17 commercial real estate buildings in the greater Milwaukee market.

Lincoln Center II is located at 2514 South 102nd Street and is 60,681 square feet. Lincoln Center III is located at 10150 West National Avenue and is 60,707 square feet. Both buildings are occupied with credit tenants including Cognex Corporation, Verizon Wireless, and Eye Care Specialists.
