Purchase of Woodbury Property Continues Growth
July 6, 2015 (Minneapolis, MN) – Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate investment and brokerage company, has closed on the purchase of the Currell Centre in Woodbury, Minnesota. The multi-tenant building, located at 7616 Currell Boulevard, incorporates 43,506 square feet of operating space between its two levels.
“The Currell Centre fits into our strategy of seeking quality commercial properties for acquisition and development throughout the upper and lower Midwest,” said Traci Dalsin, president of Sara Investment Real Estate.
The acquisition is among three the firm completed this past week. The others include the Nortek Global HVAC property, a 69,377- square-foot, single-tenant building in O’Fallon, MO, and the Fair Park Business Center, a 132,401- square-foot, multi-tenant office building in West Allis, WI. These purchases come about a month after the firm’s acquisition of the Crown/Frost buildings in Northeast Minneapolis and illustrate its continuing growth in the Minneapolis market and throughout the Midwest.
