Senior Director of Acquisitions and Analytics

Chelsea Cox is the Senior Director of Acquisitions and Analytics at SARA Investment Real Estate, where she leads the analysis of acquisition and ground-up development opportunities. Her focus is to ensure economic feasibility and maximize returns for investors through optimal acquisition strategy.

Chelsea has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate across all asset types. Her work experience includes appraisal, CMBS underwriting, short-term-rentals, and tenant rep brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City. She received her BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, reading, and most importantly spending time with her family.
