Christine Landes

Vice President of Finance

Christine Landes is Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for developing and directing the company’s analytical and financial plans and policies. She is part of the senior leadership team that is involved in establishing long-term goals and strategies for SARA. She ensures the accuracy of property and corporate financial statements, forecasts and budgets by establishing appropriate processes and procedures.

Christine joined SARA Investment Real Estate in 2016 as the Property Controller and added the responsibilities of Corporate Controller in 2019. She was named Vice President of Finance in 2020. Prior to joining SARA, Chris had more than 20 years’ experience in property management, development and real estate accounting in commercial, retail, hotel and residential projects.

She is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting and Management from Upper Iowa University.
