Jim Vogt

Director of Property Management

Jim is responsible for all properties in the portfolio, including tenant relations, budgeting, guidance and accountability to third-party property managers, and documentary support for the acquisition and disposition of properties.

Having earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Jim established a career of over 30 years managing various commercial real estate properties throughout Wisconsin, Indiana and Missouri.

Outside of work, Jim loves to follow sports and spend time with his wife camping, hiking, biking, watching Masterpiece Theatre, and getting together with their three adult children.
