Mason Sponem

Senior Associate, Asset Management

Mason Sponem is a Senior Associate, Asset Manager for SARA Investment Real Estate within the Madison, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee regions. He identifies and implements strategies for properties within his portfolio to ensure they reach and exceed investor expectations. This includes creating financial models and cash flow projections to identify areas of improvement, and analyzing market and sub-market trends to lead leasing execution and craft disposition strategies.

Mason joined SARA Real Estate Investment in July of 2023. He earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Business Analytics, and previously spent 2 years in the Management Consulting industry with 3 fortune 500 clients improving their procurement strategies. Outside of work, Mason spends the Fall attending Notre Dame Football games, the Winter downhill skiing, the Spring wishing he could be outside more, and the Summer camping, hiking, canoeing, and playing softball.
