Nikelle Baryudin

Director of Accounting

Nikelle Baryudin is Director of Accounting for SARA Investment Real Estate, responsible for supervising property financials, accounting and payables software, and the supervision and processing of treasury functions. She manages the property accounting team in its preparation of monthly financials, assistance with annual budgets, and CAM reconciliations. She also coordinates property tax returns with a CPA firm and annual audits with external auditors.

Nikelle received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. In her free time, Nikelle enjoys time at home with her husband and dog, visiting family and friends, and traveling.
