Rory Gierhart

Analyst

Rory Gierhart is an Analyst on the Acquisitions Team for SARA Investment Real Estate. He is responsible for providing financial analysis and underwriting support in the acquisition of new properties. This includes creating financial models and cash flow projections and helping navigate the due diligence process in order to successfully and strategically close on new assets.

Rory joined SARA in November of 2023. During the year prior, he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics with a focus on Real Estate Private Equity from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. Prior to grad school, he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in Finance and Real Estate in May of 2022. Outside of work, Rory enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
