Our History

In 1997, Eric Schwartz established SARA Properties, LLC as he expanded his portfolio and sought a property management company that would provide a premium, responsive service. Five years later, SARA Investment Real Estate LLC was formed to accommodate the firm's growth and expanded services. Since its founding, SARA has acquired, developed, leased and managed a property portfolio totaling more than 5 million square feet across the midwest, valued at more than $1 Billion in the aggregate. In 2024, Dan Schwartz was promoted to President of SARA Investment Real Estate, continuing to uphold the values of integrity, hard work, passion, and expertise. Today, SARA has in-house real estate experts in development, financial analytics, asset management and construction management who allow it and its partners to realize success year after year.
